Sports Therapy focuses on the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation back to functional, occupational and/or sports specific fitness, whatever your age or sporting ability

Sports Therapy aims to optimise muscle, tendon, ligament and joint health in order to prevent sport injuries or promote healing after suffering an injury. Sports therapy is for athletes and people who keep fit for fun, regardless of age, sport or ability. Injuries anywhere from a twisted ankle sustained during sport or an aching back from work.
